About Fien

Fien is an artist and traveler whose work is rooted in intuition and connection. Whether living the vanlife on the road or traveling with a backpack, her creative journey is inspired by both the outer world and the inner journey that comes with it — discovering, feeling, and reconnecting with yourself wherever you are.

From a young age, art has always been part of her life. Over the years, her path led her through art school, Fine Arts studies, and further specialization in Art Therapy, while living and working abroad in places such as Galicia, South Africa, the Canary Islands, France, .. The people, landscapes, and experiences she encountered along the way continue to shape her artistic language.

Her paintings and drawings emerge intuitively, built layer by layer with trust and mostly enjoy the process itself. Experimentation, spontaneity, and emotion play an important role in her work, making every creation feel like a small journey of its own.

During the summer months, Fien can often be found somewhere on the road traveling from place to place as a van life henna artist.

Her work does not aim to tell one fixed story. Instead, it invites people to pause, to feel, to explore, and to discover their own meaning within it. Each piece carries a sense of softness, adventure, and presence — a reflection of the way she moves through life and the world around her.
